The quote tool

The quote tool collects sex, birthdate, self-rated health, tobacco use, desired benefit, and term. These go to the carriers' quoting engine for rates and aren't kept by us. We never ask for your name, address, phone, or email to show quotes. Matching requests pull from a brief cache, avoiding repeated engine calls.

Applying

When you apply, your responses fill a secure form run by the carriers' system, then you follow their terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed firm (License 0B75129), processes applications.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, phone (optional), preferred contact mode, topic, and message. Email to the agency, replied to your inbox. We store no copy, no submissions table, no message history. A short-term spam shield runs client-side before send.

Measurement

We measure visits with first-party, cookie-free analytics from our domain. No cookies or local IDs appear; IP addresses get two bytes masked; referrer query strings vanish; logs purge after 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests exempt you.

What we do not do

We don't sell, rent, or share data; no ad trackers run here; no third-party analytics load. The sole outside code is the carriers' application system—and only on the apply page, only when you visit.
